Kunstig intelligens

“Kunstig intelligens” is the Danish and Norwegian term for “artificial intelligence,” which refers to the simulation of human intelligence processes by machines, especially computer systems. These processes include learning (the acquisition of information and rules for using it), reasoning (the use of rules to reach approximate or definite conclusions), and self-correction.

Artificial intelligence encompasses various subfields, including machine learning, where algorithms improve through experience, and natural language processing, which enables machines to understand and respond to human language. AI applications can range from simple algorithms powering automated systems to complex neural networks capable of performing tasks such as image and speech recognition.

The goal of artificial intelligence is to create systems that can perform tasks that would typically require human intelligence. As such, it plays a significant role in various industries, enhancing efficiency and enabling new capabilities across fields such as healthcare, finance, and transportation.
